a) Natural or legal persons who are holders or applicants for the certificate of sanitary registration of medicines, pharmaceutical laboratories, distributors of medicines and houses of representation can consult the Technical Secretariat for Fixing and Review of Medicine Prices, on the regime to which to which the market segment belongs, through an official letter addressed to the Technical Secretary on duty.
b) Upon receipt of the confirmation of the medication regimen by the Technical Secretariat and, if applicable, requires fixing the ceiling price of the market segment, submit the requirements based on Art. 29 of Executive Decree No. 400 by the govt platform .ec.Ministry of Public Health
