According to State Boundary Committeethe Polish Terespol (Brest) is still the EU’s busiest route for passenger cars. As of 10:00 on Friday, September 13, 480 cars are waiting to enter Poland at the specified checkpoint, and the rate of compliance with the norm by the Terespol control services from Monday was the lowest among all checkpoints – about 36%.

Also, from 10:00, 25 buses are registered to enter Poland before Terespol (Brest).

Since the beginning of the week, the queue of passenger vehicles to enter Lithuania and Poland has increased by 105 units.

Neighboring countries continue to cause a fall at the border, slowing down transport clearance: as of 10:00, about 3.5 thousand trucks and cars are waiting to enter the European Union.

Since the beginning of the week, the number of trucks waiting to enter Poland has increased by 350 units. On the Lithuanian and Latvian routes, the queue has not changed significantly.

The Polish border control services at the Kukuryki (Kozlovichi) crossing allowed about 45% of the norm of trucks into their territory every day, and the Lithuanian checkpoints Medininkai (Kamenny Log) and Shalchininkai (Benyakoni) – about 30%. At the Latvian border crossing on Paternieki (Grigorovshchina) to the EU, 45% of the cars have been allowed since Monday.
