New Delhi: Ramesh (name changed), who lives in Delhi, has not gone to a retail store to buy essential household items for the last several months. His wife no longer knows if any new grocery store has opened outside their society or not. This is all because now she orders all the household items online. Regarding this, Ramesh says that this not only saves time but many things are also available at a cheaper price. Not only Ramesh and his wife are doing this, most people are currently shopping for household items online. The biggest reason for this is that the goods are delivered at home within a short time.

According to a news published in our associate Economic Times, Quick Delivery has changed people’s shopping habits. Also, people are now buying daily essential items quickly and in larger quantities than before. Due to this change in shopping, retail store sellers are also having to change the way they deliver orders. Experts and officials associated with FMCG companies say that due to quick e-commerce, customers now get the goods they need immediately at home. Platforms like Blinkit and Zepto claim to deliver goods to the customer within 10 minutes.
