A sensitive assisted living project led by the well-known Quisicuaba, today receives the gaze of Salvador Valdés Mesa, Vice President of the Republic of Cuba.
The rehabilitation of the Paris Commune school is the essence for the creation of some 40 homes, and other accommodation options, for inhabitants of Artemisa with some special condition: mental disorders, those who cohabit on the streets, or others, that their lives , due to family dysfunction, today they are alcoholics, among other warnings that require support.
In the exchange, where they spoke about the link with the Family Care systems, especially in the Ariguanaba town, Ricardo Concepción Rodríguez, the governor, explained the support of the institutions, including the nearby community, which also supports with the water supply and find a job here.
Vadés Mesa assured that this is a project model to follow, from the contribution to Cuba and its people, because, without a doubt, reincorporation into society is the necessary result that harmonizes with our social process.
The Assisted Living Agricultural Camp project in the former Commune of Paris, includes in its purposes a small Public Health system for Primary care, with equipment that is already in the country, and that, at the same time, will serve the neighbors, located about four kilometers from the municipality.
