In her opening speech, the minister announced that the CMR has begun preparing its Strategic Action Plan for the next three years in accordance with government guidelines on administrative reform, digitalization and strengthening cooperation between institutions serving citizens, according to a press release from the Fund.
During this meeting, the Board of Directors praised the achievements of the Fund for 2023, the second year of implementation of the program contract signed with the State for the period 2022-2024, the rate of which exceeded 89%. It also specified that the CMR currently manages the rights of more than 2 million affiliates and pension beneficiaries with financial flows exceeding 90 billion dirhams (MMDH).
Subsequently, the Council noted with satisfaction the good performance of the portfolio of schemes managed by the CMR and the quality of its investments, which enabled the achievement of a return of 5.7% despite the difficult economic conditions.
He also welcomed the institution’s commitment to the project of implementing the official character of the Amazigh language by integrating it into its various activities, in particular, reception and communication services with a view to facilitating access for Amazigh speakers to the services provided.
The Council also welcomed the launch of the new version of the Caisse portal and the quality of the innovative digital services offered remotely to users and partners, as part of the digitalization and innovation strategy adopted by the CMR.
After examining the items on the agenda of the session, the Board of Directors closed the accounts for the 2023 financial year and approved all the decisions and resolutions presented to it.
