Rabbi Haim Druckman, head of yeshiva and studios “Bnei Akiva” and head of the high yeshiva “Or Etzion” personally presented the chairman of the religious Zionist party, MK Bezalel Smotrich, with an elegant banquet for the holiday of Sukkot.
Rabbi Druckman congratulated MK Smotrich: “Dear and beloved Bezalel, I am sending you this elegant etrog and I hope it will be your favorite. ‘The time of our joy’ that in BAZ we will have many joys, and above all joys in Israel as a whole, all good, a happy new year and a happy holiday.”
Member of Knesset Smotrich congratulated the rabbi on a happy holiday and thanked him personally for the moving gift and for his spiritual leadership and work for the world of Torah and religious Zionism.
Rabbi Druckman, who is considered the elder of the religious Zionist rabbis, also closes the list of candidates of the religious Zionist party for the Knesset out of respect and is placed 120th on the list.
