In the coming academic year, the Chayili Beit David Yeshiva will open, which aims to be a response to Hasidic boys who wish to be in a Hasidic yeshiva for everything, but find it difficult to stick to a full day of study as is customary in all Chabad yeshiva.
The new Yeshiva, which will open in AZA on a spacious campus in the Poconos Mountains in Pennsylvania, offers an order of studies of Nagla and Hasidism, prayer work and meetings, and in addition, time will be devoted every day to learning a craft.
As published, the yeshiva’s management consists of educators Rabbi David Kahanov and Rabbi Ze’ev Kadner, both of whom are known for their unique approach to young men, especially those who need guidance and personal attention.
Now we are informed that the renowned educator Rabbi Levi Reitzes has joined the team as an educational director. Rabbi Reitzes is a messenger in Kharkov in Ukraine, and following the war he was forced to leave his mission and live in the USA. He will use his time here to invest his strength and talents in the young men who will start the first cohort.
