There have been allegations of racial discrimination among Indian students being repatriated from Ukraine.

As the war situation between Ukraine and Russia escalates, various measures are being taken to rescue Indian students. Students who went to study courses, including medicine, are being airlifted back to nearby countries for work.
It has been alleged that racial discrimination is shown between students.
Anusia Mohan, a medical student from Kodaikanal, returned home yesterday. He said the 10 numbers issued by the Indian authorities during the emergency were not working.
We suffered greatly as a result. And priority was given to Northerners. Students from South Indian states, including Tamil Nadu, were in great trouble as all the announcements were in Hindi.
We have been fighting for the last few days holding life in our hands in the tension of war. We are now relieved to have returned home. He said other students who were suffering there should be rescued soon.
