These days were organized from March 2 to 8 in partnership with the provincial delegation of national education in El Jadida, under the theme “We are all partners in the preservation of water resources”, indicated the Authority in a press release.
According to the same source, these awareness days targeted in their first phase the students of the Mrishat and Al Wifaq schools in the commune of Moulay Abdellah, the applied school and the Sidi Bouzid school in El Jadida, as well as the school of the Al Arbaa Hachtouka Group in the commune of Ghedira, in addition to the Errazi qualifying high school in El Jadida.
Students in these establishments were made aware, through presentations, of water issues and the impact of the current crisis on the country’s water resources, accentuated by the limitation of these resources. Faced with this reality, it becomes imperative for everyone to adopt a transition from the culture of abundance to rational and economical water management.
During these days, all the students demonstrated an enthusiastic commitment to the theme, expressing their desire for change and their determination to encourage their families and friends to consume water rationally, which they illustrated through drawings and projects presented with creativity.
Thus, the students benefited from brochures and posters promoting best practices in water management, aimed at preserving this precious resource for present and future generations.
