Fewer greenhouse gases, in order to limit global warming; less pollution with fine particles, with all the benefits that this represents for health. Are the pure and – above all – hard-line environmentalists really for it? It is doubtful when the Earth Uprisings demonstrated last weekend in order to interrupt the construction of a railway line that would remove hundreds of thousands of trucks a year in the Alpine valleys.
