Radio Omega has crossed a red line, according to the government spokesman

Ouagadougou, August 27, 2023 (AIB) – Burkinabe government spokesman Jean Emmanuel Ouédraogo said on Sunday that the private radio station Omega crossed a red line, giving the floor to a close friend of a terrorist leader, where its suspension since August 10, 2023.

Mr. Ouédraogo who spoke on Sunday evening on national television, estimated that in the current context of war, the government will always take similar measures in the name of national security.
