Rafa Justus reveals that he had surgery before rhinoplasty

Rafaella Justus, 14, told a little more about the recent surgical procedures she underwent. She also brought news about her debutante party and talked about her sister Fabiana Justus, 37, who is undergoing cancer treatment.

What happened

The teenager said she had orthognathic surgery before rhinoplasty, in response to a follower’s question. “I did it, guys! After being asked so many questions, I decided to answer at once! Before the rhinoplasty, I had orthognathic surgery.”

Unlike rhinoplasty, which is a plastic procedure, orthognathic surgery corrects poor bone formations in the jaw, jaw and chin. Those who suffer from incorrect growth in the region have problems chewing, breathing and pain. One of the results is also in facial appearance.
