Kanchipuram-Rahu, Ketu shift, Kanchipuram Mahaleswarar temple, Latcharchana took place yesterday. Devotees worshiped Lord Ketu by lighting a sesame oil lamp and Lord Rahu by lighting a neem oil lamp. The zodiac, Ketu Bhagavan, was displaced from Scorpio to Libra. Neem oil lamp was lit in the Akal lamp and they performed Parikara Puja. They paid homage to Moolavar Mahaleswarar. The anointing took place. The 27 star Parikara Homa took place. At 3:02 pm, the Rahu Ketu shift ceremony was followed by the Kalasabhishekam.
