After the Bharat Jodo Yatra, Rahul Gandhi, who arrived in his own constituency, received a grand welcome at the Karipur airport. AICC General Secretary KC Venugopal, Tariq Anwar, Ramesh Chennithala, KPCC President K. Sudhakaran and many other leaders came to receive it. Rahul Gandhi traveled in an open vehicle from the airport to Newman Junction. Then returned to Kalpetta.
