THIRUVANANTHAPURAM ∙ Youth Congress state president Rahul Mankoot has been released after 9 days in jail after being granted bail in all the cases registered in connection with the protest marches. The court granted bail in the afternoon, but after completing the court and jail proceedings, he was released at nine o’clock at night. Under the leadership of National President B.V.
