The victim is a man and the eight wounded are hospitalized, one of them in intensive care. The Tax reports it.
Over the skies of Belgorod, in southern Russia, the air defense system, several explosions were heard around 1pm local time (11am in Italy). This was reported by the Russian agencies.
The border areas of the Belgorod region have already been raided by the Ukrainian side. For this, a “yellow” (high) terrorist threat level has been introduced in the region. A state of emergency has also been in place in a number of border areas since the Russian invasion began on 24 February.
