In Maharashtra too, the platform ticket price has been increased from Rs 50 to Rs 10. This applies to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Dadar, Lokmanya Tilak Terminus, Thane, Kalyan and Panvel stations. This was announced by the Central Railway itself.
