Muscat: Rain continues in the mountainous areas of Dhofar Governorate. Thakha Vilayam has received maximum rainfall in the last 17 days. 244 mm of rain was recorded here. This is the figure from July 7 to 23. After the rains, springs overflowed across the governorate. Hills and plains are green.
Rakhoot- 124 mm, Salala- 66 mm, Mirbat-55 mm and Mukshin-seven mm of rain received in other areas. The coastal areas of Dhofar and adjacent mountains are also warned of rain in the coming days.
