Jaipur: This time the monsoon rains in Rajasthan have brought great happiness to the state. This time the rains have not discriminated against any region of the state. The clouds have rained heavily in all the 33 districts of the state. The period of rain is still continuing. There were two breaks of 4-5 days in August. Apart from these, the period of heavy rain continued in the entire state. Now the period of heavy rain is also starting in the first week of September. Today, from Sunday 1st September, rain activities have started again in the state. According to the officials of the Meteorological Department, the state is going to be wet once again in the coming one week. More rain is likely in eastern Rajasthan, but western Rajasthan is also not going to remain untouched.
Rain alert issued for these districts today
According to the latest bulletin issued by the Meteorological Center Jaipur, there is a possibility of heavy rain in 22 districts of the state today on Sunday 1 September. Out of these 22, there are 8 districts where heavy rain warning has been issued. The 22 districts in which yellow alert for rain has been issued include Ajmer, Alwar, Banswara, Baran, Bharatpur, Bhilwara, Bundi, Chittorgarh, Dausa, Dholpur, Dungarpur, Jaipur, Jhalawar, Karauli, Kota, Pratapgarh, Rajsamand, Sawai Madhopur, Sirohi, Tonk, Udaipur and Pali. Heavy rain warning has been issued in Baran, Bhilwara, Bundi, Chittorgarh, Jhalawar, Kota, Rajsamand and Udaipur.
There will be rain throughout the state
According to the forecast released by the Meteorological Department, a period of rain is going to start in all the districts of the state from Monday, September 2. The period of rain is starting from Eastern Rajasthan from Sunday, September 1. Rain activities are continuously increasing, due to which there is a strong possibility of a period of heavy rain starting in Western Rajasthan along with Eastern Rajasthan from Monday, September 2. People have been advised to be cautious in the districts with heavy rainfall.
