Police officer Hanuman Sahay said that on February 3, Shubham Singh, 24, resident of Mudhauta police station Sevar, was arrested near the culvert between Totpur and Tuhiya with four country-made pistols and one cartridge. When the accused was questioned about this, he said that he had bought the illegal weapon from Kartar Singh, resident of Raoji Ka Nagla police station Sevar. After this, Kartar was absconding.
