Veera Simha Reddy is Balakrishna’s film that hit the theaters after the huge success of Akhanda. The film, which hit the theaters on January 12, is an action drama. It is produced by Maithri Movie Makers, a leading Telugu banner. Starring Shruti Haasan, the film has Honey Rose and Lal playing the lead roles from Malayalam. Varalakshmi Sarathkumar, Duniya Vijay, P Ravi Shankar, Chandrika Ravi, Ajay Ghaosh, Murali Sharma and others are also in the cast.
