He also spoke at the conference saying: Terrorism has been a serious challenge to world peace and security. In that regard, India reiterates its commitment to fight all forms of terrorism to make the region peaceful, secure and stable.

This means that the member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization should come together and create joint structures. In doing so, he said, each member country should respect its values and create cooperation between individuals, society and countries.
Also, the Defense Minister said that India will give full support to the peace, security and stability of Afghanistan and said, ‘Shanghai Cooperation Organization member countries should encourage the authorities of that country to establish national harmony through dialogues and create a political framework for all. Afghanistan must not become a haven for terrorism. He said that we should provide necessary humanitarian assistance to the Afghan people and protect their basic rights.
Ukraine issue: Expressing India’s concern over the situation in Ukraine, Rajnath Singh said, ‘UN in Ukraine. Secretary General, UN India is extending full support to the humanitarian assistance provided by international organizations and the Red Cross. India has also expressed its support for a negotiated solution to the Russia-Ukraine issue,’ he said.
Thanks to Russia: Rajnath Singh, who met Russian Defense Minister Chokei Choigu at the conference, said IS was planning to attack in India. He thanked for arresting the terrorist in Moscow.
Shanghai Cooperation Organization has eight member countries namely India, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyz Republic, Pakistan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
