The Sobreido and Cortiça Observatory will host, on February 15th, the first anniversary of the Rampa Digital project, developed by .PT in partnership with Google.org, with the aim of training and boosting business, namely through the promotion of skills digital.

The event, which starts at 2:30 pm, brings together participants from different areas, from business associations and entrepreneurs to mayors, local traders and leaders of commercial associations. After the presentation of Rampa Digital’s results, the program includes moments of reflection with testimonies and a round table, an intervention on the sources of financing available for small and medium-sized companies and a digital marketing workshop.

The careful choice of the Sobreiro and Cortiça Observatory as the event location was defined in partnership with the Presidency of the Coruche Chamber, in line with the vision of Rampa Digital, whose mission aims to serve communities where micro and small businesses predominate.

Over the last year, Rampa Digital has offered in-person training sessions, thematic and sectoral online sessions, case studies and provided personalized online support, promoting digital skills, literacy and transition. Once again, in a proximity approach and integrated into an action plan whose objective is to accelerate economic recovery through technology, Rampa Digital promotes on February 15th, at the OSC, an event whose program includes the presentation of Rampa’s main results Digital, testimonies from participants and impacts of the project, in addition to a training session on digital marketing and an orientation session on programs and tools for attracting financial support for businesses.

The program begins with a welcome message from Francisco Oliveira, President of the Municipal Council of Coruche, supported by Luísa Ribeiro Lopes, president of the .PT Board of Directors. From 3 pm onwards, the results of the Digital Ramp will be presented, incorporating testimonials from guests in a round table, enriching perspectives with practical experience. Later, Marcos Eckart Esteves, general manager at Deloitte, addresses the topic of financing sources, namely tools, instruments and specific options for small and medium-sized companies. The digital marketing workshop, scheduled for 4 pm and taught by specialized trainer Luís Torres, is the highlight of the event, in a practical session exploring strategies to leverage the region’s businesses and crafts through digital.
At the end, a tablet will be raffled off by participants.
