These allegations have been made by Vibha Singh, wife of former Khairagarh MLA late Devvrat Singh. He has also released a video, in which Vibha has said that Bhupesh Baghel is seeking votes by grieving the soul of Devvrat Singh. Vibha Singh claims that Bhupesh Baghel and Padma Singh together destroyed the palace, pelted stones on the palace, ended politics by closing the palace.
