Congress MLA Eldos Kunnapil will appear before the investigation team in the rape case tomorrow. According to the court order which granted anticipatory bail, the Thiruvananthapuram MLA has to appear before the District Crime Branch for ten days from tomorrow. The court order is to surrender before the investigation team and cooperate with the investigation including interrogation. The MLA has been absconding for ten days. The MLA’s lawyers are not ready to clarify where Eldos is hiding. After appearing tomorrow, the investigation team decided to record the arrest and complete the interrogation and evidence collection. At the same time, the prosecution is also likely to file an appeal in the High Court against the decision to grant anticipatory bail. A decision will be taken today
