The legendary music game exile is about to get a spiritual sequel from its original creators. Is about ratatana new title that promises to bring back that crazy vibe from the hit PSP game.
The Ratatan unveiling trailer was presented at the BitSummit 2023 —Japan’s largest independent video game conference—by the creator of exile, Hiroyuki Kotani. The new game will not be related to the Sony franchise, but it will have many similarities in art style and gameplay. In addition, the music will be in charge of Kemmei Adachithe same for all deliveries of exile.
Kotani commented that Ratatan will feature new ideas, some based on elements of the rogue-like genre.
«The three main concepts of the game are: Over 100 characters fighting on screen, four-player simultaneous battles, and more adventure and roguelike elements than Patapon had.”, explained the producer Kazuto Sakajiri in an interview with Video Games Time.news.
Ratatan will be funded by a Kickstarter campaign starting this July 31st.
