The award is a great honor for Vidio, which has not only succeeded in showcasing the best works from Indonesia, but also showing that local content has strong appeal.
ContentAsia Awards 2024 is an annual awards event organized by ContentAsia.
The awards are held to recognize the best works in the field of premium video content production in Asia, including TV series, films, documentaries and various television programs.
The winners of the 5th ContentAsia Awards, the first of its kind to be held in Taiwan, were announced at a live-streamed event in Taipei last week.
The winners came from 13 countries/regions including China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mongolia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand, as well as regional Asian services, representing TV broadcasts and productions, streaming services and online platforms.
Over 140 programmes were nominated across 27 categories at the 5th ContentAsia Awards, which recognises premium video content and the achievements of filmmakers and content industry insiders across platforms across Asia.
This year’s categories include Best TV Drama Series for local and regional audiences, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Original Game Show, Best Original Song and Best Factual Entertainment Program.
