In Dubai, the Rasalkhor-Nadal Hamar flyover, part of the second phase of the Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Corridor project, was inaugurated. It is a bridge that can be climbed from Rasalkhor to Nadalhamar road without any traffic barrier or signal. 30,000 vehicles per hour can travel on the 1471 meter long road.

From Nadalhamar Road to Shaikh Muhammad Bin Zayed Road, it is now possible to cross without hindrance. A two-lane road has been constructed. It also includes a 368m long tunnel to facilitate right turns from Ras Al Khor Road to Nada Al Hamar. Road widening is also going on here. It will be completed by April. RTA Executive Director Board Chairman Mattar Al Tayer said that the new road will speed up traffic in Dubai.

Sheikh Rashidbin Saeed Corridor Project is one of the big projects implemented by RTA. With the completion of the multi-phased project, the journey time from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road to Bukadra Junction will be reduced from 20 minutes to seven minutes. The number of vehicles that can be accommodated on the road will increase to 10,000. The project is being implemented along Rasalkhor Road for eight kilometers from the intersection of Dubai-Al Ain Road to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
