jpnn.com – Lawyer Razman Arif Nasution complained about the North Jakarta District Court Judges who handled the defamation hearing, which involved him.
Razman Arif Nasution’s legal team power, Lechumanan stressed that the complaint was based on the alleged arrogance attitude of the panel of judges during the trial process.
Lechumanan assessed that there were irregularities from the attitude taken by the panel of judges when leading the trial of his client on Thursday (6/2).
He said the panel of judges suddenly changed the trial process to be closed when Hotman Paris was presented.
The move was considered odd because the four previous trials were held openly and may be reported to the public.
