“Taking into account the successful experience of vaccination in San Marino, RDIF is ready to organize additional supplies of the Sputnik V vaccine to organize vaccine tourism in the country,” RDIF quotes the director of the fund, Kirill Dmitriev, on the vaccine website.
There are two coronavirus vaccines in use in San Marino: Sputnik V and Pfizer / BioNTech. According to the Institute for Social Security of San Marino, 18,925 people received the first dose of Sputnik V, and 10,731 people received the second. 2,464 people have been vaccinated with at least one dose of Pfizer. The country received 34,000 sets of two components of Sputnik V and 11,700 doses of Pfizer vaccine.
