After the State Attorney General’s Office (FGE) apprehended Edgar Francisco ‘N’ lawyer appointed to lead the real estate firm Punto Legal who are pointed out by a hundred affected to weave a fraud network; This Friday, May 12, the legal process against him began in the courts of León.

The defendant entered the orality rooms this Friday morning while dozens of defrauded people demonstrated outside the Judiciary demanding justice, since many of them lost all their assets by investing in the purchase of real estate through Punto Legal.
Édgar Francisco’s defense attorney said in an interview prior to the session before the judge that he was unaware of all the accusations and integrated folders against his client, since the hearings will continue this Saturday.
