She became interested in real estate on the job and got hooked on the game. Today at the head of a portfolio of 23 apartments, Christelle Félix lives off her rentals with her partner. Nothing in her career destined her for real estate. Except perhaps this thirst for independence. “I was looking for meaning, I wanted to take my life back in hand because I felt that I didn’t belong in my job,” she explains straight away.
