The last traces of the Bayonne festivities are barely visible in this second half of August. After the passage of 1.2 million people at the end of July, a few “panuelos”, famous red scarves, or “cintas”, essential belts, continue to adorn the mannequins of local product shops. Tourists are still flocking. And in the well-stocked pedestrian streets, they discover the remains of the latest awareness campaign by the Alda collective.
