Meritorious Artist Thai Son (Born in 1983, from Hung Yen) was a student of the Cheo class, Faculty of Traditional Theatre, Hanoi University of Theatre and Cinema. Graduated in 2006, he joined the Vietnam Cheo Theatre.While working here, he made many contributions to the art of Cheo. His achievements and dedication brought him the title of Meritorious Artist and a position in this field.He has won many important awards in his career, including: Silver Medal at the National Comedy Competition of the Vietnam Stage Artists Association in 2009, Silver Medal at the National Professional Cheo Theatre Arts Festival in 2013, Gold Medal at the National Professional Cheo Theatre Young Talent Competition in 2014, Silver Medal at the National Professional Cheo Theatre Arts Competition in 2016.People’s Artist Tu Long is the one who has influence on Thai Son.
