Madrid: Spanish teams race in the Champions League. Spanish teams Real Madrid and Villarreal win Champions League quarter-finals Vieira beat Bayern Munich when Real Madrid defeated Chelsea.
Bayern lost to Vieira by a goalless draw at home. Arnout Danuma scored the winning goal for Vieira in the eighth minute of the match. Despite dominating the match, Bayern failed to score.
Real beat defending champions Chelsea by three goals to one. Superstar Karim Benzema scored a hat trick. The Frenchman scored in the 21st, 24th and 46th minutes of the match. Kai Howertz scored a consolation goal for Chelsea in the 40th minute.
The second quarter of both matches will take place on April 13. Chelsea can only advance to the semi-finals if they win big.
