Pérez strikes back
Pérez had a reply published through the association. The reproduced sentences were created from secretly recorded conversations and the creator had tried unsuccessfully to sell them for many years. “It is now surprising that, despite the passage of time, the newspaper has now picked it up,” said Pérez.
It also says there that the sentences are from conversations that were extracted from the overall context in which they were created. For the Real President, there is a simple reason why they have been published years after their creation: “The fact that they are being reproduced now, after so many years have passed since these talks, is, in my opinion, due to my participation as one the sponsor of the Super League. ”Pérez is considered one of the main proponents of the plans to establish an elite league.
Pérez doesn’t want to let the whole thing sit on him. He announced: “I have put the matter in the hands of my lawyers who are studying the possible action.” Both Raúl and Casillas are currently working for Real Madrid. The striker trains the second team. Casillas works as assistant to the general director of the club’s own foundation.
