Real Madrid faces fierce competition for one of the most prominent deals during the current summer transfer window.
According to the French newspaper Le Parisien: “Manchester United refuses to surrender to Real Madrid, over the deal for Lille defender Lenny Yoro.”
The newspaper indicated that “Manchester United sent an offer to Lille amounting to 60 million euros, while Real Madrid’s offer stopped at 20 million euros.”
“Liverpool are also interested in signing Lenny Euro, but Manchester United are the most dangerous competitor to Real Madrid,” the newspaper said, while confirming that “Manchester United have obtained Lille’s approval and are now trying to convince the player to move to Old Trafford this summer.”
Euro’s contract with Lille expires in the “summer of 2025, which means he can sign for free with any team, starting next January.”
