One of Real Madrid’s most prominent players is planning to leave the club during the upcoming winter transfer window.
Reports previously stated that Real Betis tried to sign Real Madrid midfielder Dani Ceballos during the final hours of the summer transfer window, but the Merengue management rejected the offer.
According to the Spanish network “Relevo”, Ceballos requested to leave Real Madrid’s management a day before the end of the summer transfer window, but Betis failed to meet the royal club’s conditions.
She pointed out that Monaco and Arab clubs expressed interest in signing Ceballos in the summer, but he preferred to wait for Real Betis.
She explained that Ceballos had already said goodbye to his Real Madrid teammates and told them that he was only thinking of returning to the Benito Villamarín Stadium.
She revealed that Ceballos was seen in a sad state at Real Madrid after the failure of negotiations to leave the team.
She stated that Ceballos’s relationship with Real Betis has not ended, and the Spanish club will try to sign him again in the next winter transfer window, and the player is still determined to return to his former club.
