Realme GT Neo 5 screen specifications
As seen in the images above, the Realme GT Neo 5 will have a 144Hz refresh rate AMOLED display with a centrally aligned selfie camera cutout. It seems that the device has very few bezels, but we may have to wait for the actual device images so that we can judge better. Going forward, the brand has confirmed that the Realme GT Neo 5 will feature a 1.5K panel. The device will have a 1500Hz touch sampling rate, 2160Hz PWM, and will come with features like O-Sync 3.0, LS Touch, and HyperTouch. Realme GT Neo 5’s display is also SGS certified.

Realme GT Neo 5 is expected to feature a 6.7-inch 1.5KHz display. Under the hood, the device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, which can be paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. In terms of battery and fast charging, there will be two fast charging and battery models of the Realme GT Neo 5. While the 5,000mAh battery variant of the device will feature 150W fast charging support, the other variant, with a slightly smaller battery, will be a world first. Supports fast charging of 240 watts.
In terms of cameras, we can expect the Realme GT Neo 5 to feature a 50MP main camera, an 8MP wide-angle camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 16MP selfie camera. Finally, the Realme GT Neo 5 will run the latest Realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13.
