Realme launches Coca-Cola cell phone with 108 MP camera and 5G connection; meet

by time news

Realme has fulfilled the promise and confirmed rumors by launching a version of the Realme 10 Pro 5G with Coca-Cola decor. The cell phone is not exactly a model of the soft drink manufacturer, but at least it bears its visual identity and even comes in packaging that reminds us of what we have in a bundle of cans.

Yeah, the Cola Phone doesn’t exist, but in its place Coca-Cola confirmed that it has a cell phone to call yours. It was released as a customized version of the Realme 10 Pro 5G, which adds the soda brand name on the back, wraps the device in red and even includes a bottle cap-shaped SIM card remover.

The presence of visual details from Coca-Cola also goes to the user interface, with wallpaper in the caramel color of the soda, details in red in several parts and animation that appears when the cell phone is on the charger, customized for the suggested theme. In a Deluxe version, the package also includes stickers and a doll with the Realme mascot in the shape of a bottle.

If on the outside everything is focused on Coca-Cola, inside the Realme 10 Pro 5G is the same cell phone that has also been sold since November of last year and without all that fluff. This means a 6.72-inch screen with 120 Hz refresh, Snapdragon 695 with 5G connection and rear camera with up to 108 megapixels.

Selfies can be 16 megapixels and the device is configured in versions with up to 256 GB of space and 12 GB of RAM, but in this Coca-Cola theme it delivers only 128 GB and 8 GB, respectively.

When and how much?

The official launch of Coca-Cola themed Realme 10 Pro 5G takes place on the 14th of this month and it lands first in India. Over there, the suggested price for the cell phone is 20,999, a value that reaches about R$ 1,300 in direct conversion and without considering taxes or fees.

With this amount you can buy a cell phone, or 260 liters (or 130 2-liter bottles) of Coca-Cola in São Paulo.
