Wilson added that she suffers from polycystic ovaries and her gynecologist has confirmed that if she is healthier and loses weight it will be much better for her.

According to the actress, what has helped her the most to lose so much weight is walking. “An Austrian doctor told me that the best way to lose unwanted fat is to just walk. It does not have to be a run or a climb, just walk – an hour a day,” she said, recalling that she did not believe she would get such simple advice. “It made me think and say to myself ‘Okay, I just have to take it upon myself to do it lightly. Sometimes I increased strength and did a few more workouts but most of the time I did an hour walk. Sometimes the simplest thing, going out and walking an hour a day, that’s the best thing. In an interview with People magazine in 2020, she said that in addition to walking, she adheres to proper nutrition. “I used to be able to eat 3,000 calories most of which were carbs – and I was still hungry. Then I really changed that and started a high protein diet and it was challenging because I didn’t eat a lot of meat,” she said, explaining that her goal is to balance the diet and not ban certain things. . “I eat half of what I ate before.
