Citizen dialogue should be given greater focus on the ARD talk show “Hart aber fair”. The interest of the TV audience was decent. However, the ZDF crime thriller “Under Different Circumstances” became the ratings winner.

The new start on the ARD talk show “Hart aber fair” has obviously made many people curious. 2.43 million (9.3 percent) viewers tuned in to the edition “Anger, protests, new parties: Who is still holding our country together?” on Monday evening from 9 p.m. in the first one.
Louis Klamroth welcomed politicians Carsten Linnemann (CDU), Carsten Schneider (SPD) and Sahra Wagenknecht (BSW), among others. Last week, ARD and WDR announced innovations for the format. There should be greater focus on dialogue with citizens. They should be given even more space. According to the industry service dwdl.de, the number of viewers was higher than it was last in September 2023. Before the talk show, the ARD documentary “Animals as Trophies” reached 1.78 million (6.5 percent).
By far the strongest primetime format was the ZDF crime drama “Under Different Circumstances,” in which Martin Brambach was not present for the first time. The “Dominik’s Secret” case with Natalia Wörner, Ralph Herforth and Lisa Werlinder brought in 7.54 million (27.4 percent).
RTL had the quiz “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” with Günther Jauch – 3.85 million (14.3 percent) were there on the screen. Vox reached 1.12 million (4.2 percent) with the dating show “Celebrity First Dates”. The fantasy series “House of the Dragon” was shown on ProSieben; 910,000 people (3.6 percent) wanted to see it. The Sat.1 show “The Biggest Loser – Life Made Easy” attracted 880,000 people (3.5 percent). The comic film adaptation “X-Men: Future is Past” with Hugh Jackman, Michael Fassbender and James McAvoy persuaded 760,000 science fiction fans (3.0 percent) to tune in to Kabel Eins.
RTLzwei broadcast the documentary soap “The Geissens – A terribly glamorous family!” out, 610,000 people (2.2 percent) watched. The RTL reality show “I’m a star – get me out of here!” 3.69 million (23.9 percent) were watching as of 10:15 p.m.
The carnival show “Against animal seriousness 2024” with the awarding of the medal to Schleswig-Holstein Prime Minister Daniel Günther was watched by 1.42 million (13.2 percent) from 10:35 p.m. (dpa)
