It’s official. The electoral list includes exactly 11,043,836 voters after its total overhaul started last year. The list was officially finalized on Thursday July 20 and the Independent National Electoral Commission (CENI) presented it yesterday at a press conference. This number is up by 293,902 voters compared to the number of voters in the context of the Annual Review of the Electoral List (RALE) last year.
