An employee claimed that he would pay for the trip when they reached the destination, when during the trip he even asked the driver for NIS 2,200, while claiming that he would return the money together with the payment for the trip. In another case, an employee got into a taxi and during the trip felt unwell, the driver got out of the car to buy him a bottle of water and he used the time to steal about NIS 320 from a cash register that was next to the driver’s seat – after the driver lent him NIS 200.
