The sale was completed within a month and a half, proving to be a mutually beneficial deal for both parties.

According to data from Madeleine, the average price in the Beit Vegan neighborhood is around 2 million shekels (compared to the city average of about 2.4 million shekels), with a monthly average rental price of 4,500 shekels.

Another noteworthy development in the Bat Yam real estate market is the rental of a 4-room apartment on Daniel Street for NIS 6,500 per month. Real estate broker Alon Moshe Malon Properties, specializing in the Holon and Bat Yam area, shared that the apartment garnered significant interest and was shown to eight potential tenants in a single day. As a result, there were four individuals actively competing for its rental. The high demand for modern rental apartments in both Holon and Bat Yam was emphasized, while older apartments faced relatively less interest.

The rental price of NIS 6,500 per month represents a 3% return on the purchase price for this type of apartment. Additionally, the apartment’s location offers convenience, being just a five-minute walk from the upcoming red line of the light rail and approximately ten minutes away from the sea.
