Recipe for extremely fruity tomato sauce

WWhat do you think of it: Eat tomatoes only in summer. Because only then are they really tasty. Then you can also save the salt on it. It’s only for colourless, boring winter tomatoes. They are harvested unripe – mostly in Spain or the Netherlands – which has a fatal effect on their taste because they hardly ripen any further. One trick is to put apples or bananas near them and keep them in a warm place. But it is better to buy really ripe tomatoes from the farmer. Because the varieties that are available in the supermarket were developed to make tomatoes transportable and durable. Unfortunately, their taste was systematically bred from them.
