Once again, the Venustiano Carranza Mayor’s Office have the record of the biggest cake of the world with a length of 76 meters and an estimated weight of more than 950 kilograms.
During the opening of the fair of this delicious dish, seven thousand people had the opportunity to taste it for free.
The cake was made in two minutes and 10 seconds, which was certified by Notary Public 247, Guillermo Aarón Vigil Chapa.

At the 19th International Cake Fair, more than 80 national and international exhibitors will offer the widest variety of flavours at affordable prices until next Sunday.
“Our International Cake Fair is the most important gastronomic event in Mexico City, 100 percent family-friendly, eagerly awaited by the capital’s residents, and this year we expect an attendance of more than 500,000 people,” said Mayor Adolfo Hernández García.
