Thrissur: Recruitment controversy in Thrissur Kerala Varma College too. The complaint was raised regarding the appointment of guest lecturers in Political Science at Kerala Verma College. The complaint is that pressure was put on the first ranker asking her to withdraw from the appointment. It is alleged that there is pressure on behalf of the SFI leader who was ranked second in the interview.
The complaint is that the head of the department intervened to appoint a former SFI man. Then a police complaint was filed against the head of the department.
The first ranker complained that two teachers constantly threatened her. In this regard, the chats sent to the first-ranked college teacher have come out. Subject matter expert Dr. Jewel John Allapat has also come forward with a complaint.
