Verstappen started the race from pole position and was in first place for almost the entire race, finishing 12.535 seconds ahead of his team-mate. It was the third double victory for “Red Bull” this season.

The top three was completed by Ferrari’s Carlos Sainz, less than 21 seconds behind Verstappen, while the fourth was the other Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc, who started the race from eighth position.
