This Thursday, Red Cross lifeguards attended a traffic accident that occurred at kilometer six and a half of the Pan-American highway towards Santa Tecla, where eight people were injured.
This incident occurred with a collision between a public transport unit and a private vehicle. One of the victims identified as: Aracely Castro, with trauma to her right arm and Luis Antonio Sánchez with an injury to her left hand.
“In total there were eight injured. We treated two people as the Red Cross,” said the Red Cross source.
For its part, the National Civil Police (PNC) began an investigation into the events to determine the possible causes of the spectacular accident.
